How do I submit music for airplay?
Use the form above with the "Submit a track" reason, or email [email protected] with private streaming links (SoundCloud private, Dropbox, Google Drive with access), a one-paragraph bio, and any live or social links. We listen to everything within ten business days, though the queue stretches during festival season.
Can I visit the studio in person?
Yes — small group tours run every Thursday at 2 p.m. ET, capped at eight guests. Email [email protected] at least two weeks in advance with the date and number of guests. If you want to meet a specific host, we'll do our best to coordinate, but live radio waits for nobody.
Do you accept paid advertising or sponsored segments?
Selectively. We work with a short list of brand partners whose voice fits the editorial tone of the station — think independent record stores, gear manufacturers, festival organizers, and a handful of streaming services. Send your brief to [email protected] and our commercial director will reply within five business days.
How do I report a technical issue with the app or stream?
Tap the "Report an issue" link inside the app's settings menu, or email [email protected] with your device, OS version, and a screenshot if possible. Our engineering desk triages stream issues twice a day and replies within one business day, often the same hour.
